About Us
We're an early-stage startup building a mobile app that delivers personalized, actionable sleep insights. We aggregate data from popular wearables and health platforms to give users a unified, intelligent view of their sleep. We're looking for a product designer to shape the experience from the ground up.
About the Role
You'll be the design voice on a small founding team, owning the end-to-end user experience — from onboarding and sleep data visualization to habit-building features and notifications.
What You'll Do
Design the core mobile experience: onboarding, dashboards, sleep reports, recommendations
Create clear, compelling visualizations for sleep data (stages, trends, scores)
Build and maintain a lightweight design system and component library
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions
Collaborate daily with engineering and data science to ship clean, feasible designs
Define the visual identity and brand expression within the product
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product design experience with strong mobile work in your portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and experience building design systems
Demonstrated ability to visualize complex data in simple, intuitive ways
Experience with user research and iterating based on feedback
Understanding of iOS HIG and Material Design conventions
Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or data-heavy consumer apps
