Terms of Service
Agreement
By using Nightfall, you agree to these Terms. We may update them with 30 days' notice — continued use means you accept the changes.
The Service
Nightfall IQ provides sleep tracking, insights, and personalized plans. Nightfall Rx optionally connects you with licensed sleep clinicians. Features may evolve over time.
Eligibility
You must be 18+. Keep your credentials secure and your info accurate. Contact info@nightfall.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Not Medical Advice
Nightfall IQ is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Scores and health estimates are informational — not diagnoses. Consult a provider for medical decisions.
Nightfall Rx clinicians are independently licensed. We facilitate the connection but don't practice medicine.
Billing
Paid plans auto-renew. Cancel anytime at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow your app store's policies. Rx services may have separate fees disclosed before enrollment.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
